Other people’s money – dinner with Prof. John Kay
Professor John Kay is one of the most distinguished economists and most thoughtful commentators on finance and economics in the UK. He is the author of the Kay Review of UK equity markets in 2012, and a visiting Professor of Economics at the London School of Economics.
In his new book ‘Other people’s money: masters of the universe or servants of the people?’ he explores the purpose of finance, the extent to which the modern financial system serves that purpose, and what can be done to improve the alignment between the two. Here is a link to the introduction to his new book.
We expect this dinner to heavily oversubscribed.
